This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Collab Creator AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Lawful use
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright, data protection, export control, and platform rules (e.g. YouTube Community Guidelines, Instagram Community Guidelines, TikTok Community Guidelines).
2. Prohibited content
You may not create, upload, generate, or publish content through the Service that:
- Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence or discrimination
- Contains child sexual abuse material or exploits minors
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Contains malware, phishing, or deceptive schemes
- Constitutes spam or manipulates metrics in violation of platform policies
- Impersonates individuals or organisations without authorisation
- Discloses personal data of others without a lawful basis
3. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the Service beyond normal use
- Sharing account credentials or reselling access without permission
- Circumventing usage limits, billing, or security controls
- Using the Service to train competing models on our outputs at scale without consent
4. AI and automation
You are responsible for human review before publishing Collab Creator AI-generated material. Do not present AI output as human-created where disclosure is required. Do not use the Service to generate content intended to mislead voters, spread medical misinformation, or facilitate fraud.
5. Connected social platforms
When publishing via connected accounts, you must comply with each platform's terms. We may suspend features if your account is restricted by a platform for policy violations.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate violations and take action including content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, or termination. Report abuse to admin@collab-creator.co.uk.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
